Delivery Information
We strive to ensure that most of the products listed on our site are always available from stock. Where an item is available from stock, your order will be despatched the same day if placed on a normal working day before 3.00pm. We will endeavour to despatch orders placed after 3.00pm and before 5.30pm but do not guarantee to do so. Orders not shipped will be despatched the next working day. If an item is out of stock, we will advise by telephone or email either the same day (if a normal working day) or next working day (weekend/out of hours orders).
No liability will be accepted for consequential losses incurred as a result of delayed delivery, unless explicitly stated in writing by a member of staff prior to ordering.
Zones and Service Information
England and Wales
All areas of mainland England and Wales are covered by the same zone, which qualifies for FREE standard shipping. Orders placed using this service will typically be delivered 24-48 hours after despatch.
A guaranteed next working day service is also available within this zone for a small surcharge. Working days are Monday to Friday inclusive. Next working day deliveries will not normally be made on a Saturday, with the exception of some smaller items which may be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
UK Offshore Islands
This zone includes the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and any other destination which cannot be reached directly by road from the UK mainland. Delivery service is typically around 2-3 days to the Isle of Man and Isle of Wight and around 3-5 days to Scottish Islands.
We regret that we are unable to ship roofboxes to UK offshore destinations.
This zone excludes the Channel Islands. At the present time, we are unable to ship roofboxes and larger cycle carriers to the Channel Islands, but may be able to ship roof bar kits and similar items. Please contact us for more information if necessary.
